There's got to be some reason PQ et al. are loading up all of a sudden.

Why else would he triple his and his family's salaries (paid mostly in shares of course, and at a low sp to maximize the number)? And why else would he have SFMI PRE-PAY fees to GHDC (in oodles of low-priced shares, of course) which are then distributed to him and his family as employees and BOD members of GHDC as compensation? Seriously, while PQ has certainly not been a pauper, and while he has put his family in position to benefit too, he has never taken an outrageous amount. In fact, SFMI has made mucho progress with less dilution than most startups. Or at least had. This latest dilution is contrary to all precedent so far, and there must be a reason...
