I agree with Spiny on this stock issuance matter vis a vis high pay for insiders. It's obscene dilution without ANY regard to most of the common shareholders. Given the high costs of raising drilling funds combined with the mistakes in running the mill, why should the insiders be rewarding themselves especially when most shareholders stock values have declined significantly below their basis unless they loaded up at the bottom which is difficult to do financially and emotionally. I believe we are owed an explanation and perhaps there is good one for PQ if he did in fact perform a fantastic real estate play picking up the additional property claims, but what about the other 2 family members? I think of Rob McKewen or Pierre Lasonde as great examples of gold mining CEO's because they little or NO ANNUAL salaries and they continue to purchase substantial share positions at market proving that their interests are perfectly aligned with common shareholders. And hey Bud, I'll be fine with a 10 cent buyout, but only because I bought vast numbers of shares at the bottom, but I still think this type of insider dealing stinks!
