If so, SFMI is setting up October and later as the start of a building menace of dilution and/or debt repayment if they haven't started generating enough revenue that they don't have to keep borrowing. And it's worse if the sp hasn't recovered. A buyout would also avoid the problem. But this looks like it's becoming a real put up or shut up time for them.
