They definitely need a new BOD member to replace DQ, but do you think that will be enough right now to stem the tide? With regards to the financing, I have seen this many times before, the market is telling us that it will be very costly (probably very dilutive) otherwise the stock would not be taking this beating if they had a sweetheart deal. I know the rest of the market is down, but IF they truly had non-dilutive financing the sp wouldn't be making new 52-week lows everyday.

The lower the sp goes, PQ may actually be forced to make dramatic changes which may be painful at first, but should be better for the company in the long run.

Hey maybe it's a contrarian indicator, but I am coming to the realization that this is truly dead money for the rest of this year at least. IMO.
