FWIW, I don't believe that in the years that I've been involved with this company, that I have ever seen a document that didn't have glaring errors, misspellings, grammar or outright omissions. Whoever actually writes these things is nearly functionally illiterate, IMO. And, nobody seems capable of proofreading, either. These guys aint English profs, but you would think their lawyers could at least write a coherent document.
