I like to know how GHDC and SFMI compare because GHDC was only slighty touched on.

How will a buyout play out with GHDC in the picture? IF GHDC and SFMI are bought out together, the share count rises considerably.

I remember talking this over with PQ at the SHM, he said if there is an offer, wouldn't the company want to buy both companies? I just stared at him with amusement.
