Correct- No way that an outsider can come in and pick up enough shares to take over control. The Qs own most of the B shares, which have 40 votes per share. According to last year's 10K, the Qs alone control over 30% of the votes, and I'm sure that another 20% are in friendly hands. If someone wants to take over the company, it will have to be on a "friendly" basis, not as a hostile takeover. And the Qs will have a minimum price in mind.
OTOH, I'm all for some big money investor (long term) coming in and trying to pick up as many shares as possible. Gets them out of the hands of the traders.
