Unfortunately, there is no telling when they will get the cyanide system in. No evidence that they have even submitted the permit application yet. And I don't care how much preparation they have done to get the permit process "underway", it will take some time after the permit is applied for before they get a permit, and more time after that to install a system. If they have public hearings, which I assume will be required, they may not go as well as the mill original permit hearings when any resistance disappeared when they were able to say it was a "water only" system. It may take some convincing for a cyanide system, which it looks like PQ realizes and has already started to do in the PR.
Until then, it really doesn't make any difference whether the waste ore is 4, or 6, or even 10 g/t. At 20% recovery and 40 t/d, the mill will be running at a deficit, which doesn't exactly jibe with the recent PR stating that there would be "a net revenue position greater than the mill expenditures". That's just another lie to add to the list.
At this point, I expect drill results long before any improvements in the mill operation (Thanks, CQ).
