Slammin- Hadn't seen that. Nice find. It's basically a repeat of the PR, but with a couple diagrams and some extra stuff about cyanide included. The diagrams are fine, but they're going to need a lot more than that for a permit appplication, which seemingly has not yet been submitted. They don't let you play with cyanide on the basis of a diagram based on a manufacturer's web site.
Couple things to note- It's "metallurgy", not mettalurgy. And they also should decide which spelling of "flotation" they are going to use- the standard form, or the variant "floatation". Stuff like this isn't impressive when you're submitting permits.
