Even restaurants fail in excellent locations.

Reasons:

Lack of concern or criticism from the customers.

Bad food, hiring the wrong people

Mismanagement of funds.

100% of the time, the owner is arrogant and won't take advice.

So, we have to sit back and wait till the end of March to get news. Which is what I am hearing from RK.
