On the Bill Earl confusion. I believe Earl is gone.

I will be hearing back on news on Mr Earl from someone who will be making a call to PQ. His concern is about the situation with the smelter/lab and vault. His concern isn't about share price or Roger Scammell. He is buying more shares.

He wants to know about the end result which isn't completed as expected; who is in charge with the completion of the facility.
