Looks like what is probably the vault (the small square extension behind that retaining wall) is now covered with dirt, and maybe some concrete beneath that (Ourigan's pictures showed wood posts holding up what was probably a concrete roof while it set). Looks like they're serious about keeping evildoers out! Maybe the cinderblock area in front of it is the smelter area. Ourigan's pictures showed a circular area in the floor- maybe the furnace goes there? Looks like it will have a sloped roof (see the slots in the conderblocks for the cross beams), maybe open at the back end? Doesn't look like much other than the vault and smelter area will be built here. Maybe that other lab building is the permanent lab. If so, that retaining wall is a lot of construction for the vault. Again, it shows they are serious about security...
