I think the numbers you see might be the date, not the weight. Looks like 120711-6, or Dec 7, 2011. Not sure what the 6 is for- maybe the 6th bar?
If your dimensions are right, that would be ~24 cubic inches, or 400 cubic mm. At a density of ~20, that would be 8000 grams, or 257 troy ounces (18.3 lbs). If this bar is 65% gold as was the initial one, that's 167 oz of gold, or ~$267k. Might be a bit less, since the bar is slightly wider and longer on top where you can estimate the measurements, and the depth is hard to gauge.
Also notice a couple of round holes on the top where it has been cored for analysis.
