I doubt that Rocketschlock is the same guy as Downside up. DSU was much more knowledgeable, especially about the early history of the company (wonder why?) and the Silver City area (either a local or someone who spent time there). Rocket depends on his poorly done "DD", much of which is posting as "headline news" stuff that all of us have known for a long time, including old posts- and his "interpretations" are often completely wrong.

I disagree about letting the bashers have the board- any board, for that matter. I for one learned about SFMI from a message board (this one), and there are many other people who look to the boards for if nothing else ideas about what companies to research. A board with nothing but bashers on it is sure to turn off any potential investor. I got valuable information from posters here that I used to get into SFMI, and I'd like to at least try to return the favor to someone like me who might be looking for a good investment. I agree that ihub is a "wretched hive of scum and villainy", but there are also some good people there (Han Solo?).

And if SFMI is serious about going after the scum over there, they have plenty to work with already. Maybe they want to wait until things have progressed more and not have the distraction or expense, but OTOH I think a good attorney might work on retainer. SFMI doesn't have to make any profit out of any case, since stopping the lies would be enough.
