That's going to be pretty tough to do.

"Company will reduce its float to 100M over time."

Those 125M in certificate form I presume are held by serious longs.

There are probably another 50M minimum held by other longs. I know a number of people with 5M and up. Just on this board we probably hold that much.

SFMI is not going to be getting those shares for .06.
