As far as how much gold, at 6 g/t and 50 tpd, that's 10 ounces per day, 300 ounces per month. Of course, that's just production of concentrate. As far as the amount of dore they are producing, I don't know. The first bar was 17 ounces, about 11 of it gold. So they should be able to smelt each day's production with one pour. They are obviously able to do multiple pours at a time, as they did at the SHM, but I don't know how often they smelt. If they do it every day, they could put a pretty big dent in the backlog even before the get the new smelter facility up. My only question is if they can smelt the concentrate directly, or if they have to further concentrate it. The Aug 2 PR said the dore was smelted from "super concentrate". I have no idea if that's the original mill product or what. RK should know.
