I imagine RS hired from Scorpio because those were the guys he knew. Maybe he also wanted them to be part of what he knew SFMI was going to be. But I still don't think Scorpio is big enough to take us out, and I don't want SFMI watered down by merging with a company with lesser assets. Not knocking Scorpio, but I chose to invest in SFMI for a reason.
