I believe the 1st PR is finalized because they already know how much went out and how much is going out (2nd shipment) and yes they're waiting for the check to clear. It would be great to get 1 tomorrow and then the stock buy-back announcement on Thursday. I also believe management is FINALLY looking out for their investors. Im excited!!!!!!!!
