This is no knock on DQ, she was needed in the beginning to get GHDC/SFMI on the move. However, many investors have concerns with 3 family members on the board and are very reluctant to invest. We aren't talking chump change....

In my understanding of what I have heard...DQ will and willingly step down once a replacement or replacements come forward.
