Someone brought that question up to me and a friend and I forgot to ask RS this weekend. I'm sure that's something RK could find out for us. My opinion is that it's a continually updated document so it would most likely take years to complete. I did hear that there is a lot of historical documentation that RS hasn't seen but others are investigating and bringing anything of significance to his attention.
