I've been following this one stock (not promoting it) Stina Resources SQA.V and what got me excited about it were the updates. Don't believe me, go to their website www.stinaresources.com click on their twitter.

Without exageration you receive almost DAILY updates as to the progress (even lack there of) but you receive updates posted by corporate information conveyed by a man in the field.
