I can answer that- I'd rather have an independent SFMI with a little more debt (that can be paid off) or a few more shares (that can be bought back) than an SFMI where we have to share revenue. SFMI is not hard up for financing- they have sources. The LOC was a backup for insurance. Nice to have, but they'll continue to do fine without it.
