Absolutely agree. And it's not just how it looks. If these were minor, low paid positions, it wouldn't be so much of a problem. But they are highly paid with money/shares that could be used for real mining expertise and equipment. And it's a public company, not a private company where the owner can employ all the family he wants since it's his money.
