Message: Not adding up

I wasn't so much discounting any of the possibilities you brought up as saying that we simply don't know which one it is. If we go by history, then SFMI has a history of not coming out with PRs when we know they have information. Same situation leading up to the SHM last year- everyone expected, and some were told by IR, that there would be a series of PRs leading up to the meeting. Nada. I agree with you that they have a LOT of information they could disclose. Again, historically, they have withheld information when it was negative. Such as not disclosing the problems in Melba (and actually saying things were fine and production was imminent) until they had already decided to move to Diamond Creek, not disclosing the grades of <1 g/t for well over a year after PRing 0.75 oz/t when the mill started up, not disclosing the hangup with the LOC (which we learned about only because they had to file, there was no PR or explanation), etc. I'm not sure about the lack of reason for the PRs, but I'm not so sure it is something positive like sale talks. And I couldn't agree more that management (specifically RS) is long overdue in providing substantive information.
