Pic- Not sure I agree with you about management not disclosing info because of a pending deal, etc. There are some things, such as discussions about a sale or merger, that would be subject to non-disclosure during discussion, but other news is supposed to be disclosed as it happens. I know that companies don't always follow the rules, or at least the spirit of the rules, and have a lot of leeway in what they decide is "news" that has to be disclosed. But SFMI has a track record of pretty piss-poor disclosure of what is going on. I had hoped that would change under RS, but not so far. I really don't know why we haven't heard from them by now on a number of topics, and I would hesitate to assign a specific reason.

But it is about time we got some substantive information.
