My response:

Linda, The problem is that you have allowed the bashing and punished the defenders of the stock. You protect the poster (basher), and allow the company to be savaged. So, you have now attracted the very type of poster that you are now complaining about. Its just easier to move over to a less micromanaged board. Forget about using IHUB as a trading platform.
