Im not sure what the importance is but "rumor" is when PQ bought this property, the other side (exit) of the Tunnel does exist and it was damaged (caved in) but is now fixed.

Im not a miner nor do I have much knowledge about the mining industry other than watching this story unfold and Gold Rush Alaska. lmao

BTW Bobby Joe, the gold is already shining. :)
