No, that's one of the major things Bill has been crying wolf about since the financing was announced- including in his posts last night. Here's a quote from him:

"Not that your analysis was wrong but my concern is a probable third party shorting."

He also quoted the disclaimer from SFMI about the (remote) possibility of shorting based on the "perceived risk" of dilution- not actual dilution, mind you, but based on "perceptions"- perceptions that are spread by people who either have absolutely no clue what they are talking about or are purposely spreading fear and doubt.

As to your comment "This is a one sided board", yes, it is one sided. We are all on the side of people who know what we are talking about, and who don't cry wolf contrary to the facts. To even imply that we aren't critical of the company here is pure ignorance. For example, RK has been thoroughly roasted here by many, as have some of the delays caused by avoidable factors. The difference between here and the other board is that fools (and trolls) are not suffered gladly here. Speculate all you want, but within the realm of reason. Crying hysterically about "toxic financing" and "shorting" and "massive dilution" when a simple reading and analysis of the financing agreement rules them out is both ignorant and dishonest (notice Bill has yet to respond to my request to back up his claims of shorting and toxic financing). The other difference between this board and the other is that there are not a bunch of trolls ready to seize on ignorant posts and stir up as much FUD as possible- mainly because the posters here are too knowledgeable to put up with that kind of crap. So you and Bill are welcome here for serious and rational discussion, but if you want to engage in serious discussion, come supplied with facts and reasoning, not rhetoric and schoolyard taunts.

As to my DD that you think "ISN'T MUCH TO BRAG ABOUT EITHER" because it's at .08 now- Do you really think that the price refutes any of my DD? I'm not here for what the price is, but what it will be. I'm an investor, not a trader. And I'll call out your DD right now- you didn't even read the posts you were writing about or you would have known Bill cries about shorting every chance he gets.
