Rather than actually look at and analyze the financing agreement itself, you chose to equate SFMI to other completely unrelated companies simply because they used the same financier. Garbage "DD", if it can even be called DD at all, and the kind of crap that forces those who do good DD to unnecessarily spend huge amounts of time dealing with the bashers who seize on it.
