Guys, let's dial it back a notch on the personal stuff. It's been a rough week, everyone's been on edge and sometimes the first impulse is to look around for someone to take it out on. Let's focus on the important stuff. This is a great board with a lot of input by a lot of informed people. We can certainly disagree, but do it in the form of civil discussion.
