At the shareholder meeting, we were told that the mill building is designed so that it can be easily extended. That may be part of what's going on, although it looks like they are preparing a much larger area than that. According to what RK has replied to at least a couple of inquiries, "company is working on expanding the mill build in conjunction with building of the smelter." So I would guess that they are expanding the mill and putting in the smelter at the same time. I get the impression that RS is not fooling around.
