Hi Smokey, welcome to the board.

Yes, SFMI is fully reporting. Due to the recent switch from FINRA to the OTCQB, some financial sites such as Yahoo are incorrectly listing SFMI as .pk, but they are in fact fully reporting. You can find the financials at the usual sites, including clicking on Press Releases to the left on this page and then clicking on filings.

The downslope from .47 is two things: First, the rise to .47 was too much, too fast, and did not last long. The slow drift down has been while SFMI has moved to production. They have yet to generate much revenue, mostly because they decided not to send their concentrate out to be smelted and have been stockpiling it while they build their own smelter. As soon as that is ready, they will begin smelting and selling the concentrate. News of revenue is the primary info the market has been waiting for.

If you're even contemplating investing, don't skimp the DD. It won't take long to at least skim the PRs. Go through SFMI's website thoroughly. Some of it is a bit dated (such as the use of $650 gold to estimate earnings), but the fundamentals are what you are looking for. Also go through the IGS report linked above under President's DD. It provides a good history and background of mining in the area.

The quick summary?

SFMI has mining rights to some extremely rich claims on War Eagle Mountain, one of the richest and most productive mining areas in US history. Estimates range up to and over 10M oz of Au.

There is ~800,000 tons of leftover ore at the various mine sites. SFMI will process this ore in order to finance exploration, drilling, rehabbing and reopening of the old mine sites, and starting new mines if indicated by drilling.

SFMI has built their own mill which has been operating for almost a year. They first processed some lower grade ore, but after optimizing the mill switched over to higher grade ore. They have been stockpiling this concentrate.

SFMI is building their own smelter and assay lab. Once the smelter is complete, they will generate revenue by processing the backlog of stockpiled concentrate.
