I doubt that mgmt would purposely tank the sp to help the buyback plan. After all, they also hold shares, and the buyback plan is only one of many ways to increase the sp. It would be much more effective, and more lucrative for them, and for us, to increase the sp by releasing positive news, especially regarding grades, revenue, drilling and sampling results, and reserves.
