The ups and downs of SFMI pps. have never followed logic very well. I'm not getting all excited or anything now(I'm long and strong for SFMI!!!), but the discussion of the relationship between gold and "black gold" deserves to be on the table if it actually serves as any kind of economic indicator that affects pricing.
