The pressure on SFMI is obvious.

Well, not just SFMI but so many ther JPMs. I have just responded to part of the trash talk over at Iblub from "dollarbear":
"Instead of suing SFMI ...you could do much better suing JP Morgue for concentrated shorting of the silver futures markets... $billion, and leveraged to boot. They have 25 class action law suits filed agsinst them to date. Go for the really big bucks. If you are a shareholder of SFMI, you may want to check the naked short position trades/tickets which the average shareholder cannot access. For example, in a previous post I referred to ECU as having a 10 million naked short position against it. That information was not accessed by an average shareholder and it does not show up in the official short numbers which are only in the hundred thousands.
A class action lawyer with your expertise, I'm sure has the tools to access the naked short position on any stock...and especially SFMI. It would be child'splay for you. If you could do that for us here, we would be most appreciative. I can think of at least 50 other JPMs whose shareholders would also love to have access to such hidden information.
As for the funds/MMs/individuals responsible for placing the naked shorts...that kind of information would be priceless...and reveal much. If we could find out who is directing such actions, it would be most revealing I'm sure. I believe sir, you could do all of us a service for a legal fee that we would gladly pay for if you could help us all in such pressing matters...matters that have been impossible for the average shareholder to challenge openly...not just on the OTC but but just as blatantly on the TSX.
What can you do for us?"
Well folks the crap never ends and yes, there are questions with no answers. What a great da to buy. I bought more yesterday at 19.5 cents...and I don't give a fig if the stock goes own to whatever today.
Now I say to myself, "Sinbob, what the hell are you doing wasting your time on the BBs today? Do something more self destructive...like buying a lottery ticket."
Happy New Year All!
