According to PQ at the SHM, listing on the Bovespa requires only a filing fee, while listing on the TSX requires a 43-101 (I'm not sure if that's true, but maybe I'm thinking of the venture exchange). Either way, each would be $750k- $1M. Obviously it's easier to just pay a fee, so we could get on the Bovespa much more easily. Not sure what the time frame would be. The 43-101 requires a lot of work, much of which SFMI is doing anyway, but the time frame is probably longer.
