OPERATIONSPOTLIGHT: SILVER FALCON MINING

Silver Falcon Mining Reopens War Eagle Mountain Mining Operations in IdahoBy Rich Kaiser, Silver Falcon Mining, SilverFalconMining, Inc. (OTCBB:SFMI)

…SFMI’s initial focus on processing the tailings left behind by far less efficient mining methods creates an opportunity for significant near-term profitability as well as the capital to finance new mining development. Although SFMI is an exploration stage company, the quantity of tailings available to the Company and the mineral content estimates available from the random sampling of the tailings convinced management of the value of completing the start-up phase and the processing of tailings began May 17, 2010.On October 27,2010, the Company sent its first batch of concentrate produced from its milling activities to a smelter. SFMI is now taking the first steps in the planned confirmation phase as the Company works towards the development stage.

SFMI believes that full scale mining of raw ore will be profitable. In particular, historical records of mining on the site, and subsequent reports of the geology of the mountain, indicate that veins containing gold and silver extend much further vertically than could be mined when the site was last mined in the 1880’s. In addition, historical records indicate that gold and silver exists in the veins in sufficient densities to warrant mining using modern extraction and milling techniques.

Based on knowledge of prior production, a documented history of the closure of mines prior to exhaustion, and a long history of published professional public and private consideration and speculation about Company property, SFMI has concluded that there is the possibility of a multi-billion $ revenue opportunity for the Company at War Eagle, which the Company estimates may hold multiple millions of ounces of gold.

So, SFMI gets a tiny bit more exposure.

We are soon to see the results of the 283 lbs of Dore smelted. Since this represents only the gold and native silver (as the silver 215 lbs of silver sulfide is separate) some estimate the gold content to be in the area of 35%....which would be approx. $2 million at $1400 gold….that’s based on 20 days production only. If the mill is now processing the OSO un milled ore estim. @ 2-4oz/ton x 106 TPD…we get approx. $300, 000 to $600,000 per day gross, or $9 million to $18 million/mth....then ramp up the mill output to 500TPD…then bring in raw rich ore from the exposed veins in the Sinker and at the bottom of the Cumberland shaft…then speculate on the 4 million to 10 mllion to whatever resources lie hidden in War Eagle open to depth over and above the estimates of Geo.B. Cupp @ 19.35 million tons @ 4 million ozs…..and then…well you get the picture.

What should the share price be based on a PE of at least 10 (more like 16 ) ….$3 or $6 or $9….what?

Once we get the first solid proof of initial grades and tonnage only, SFMI goes legit…because SFMI has sidestepped all the dreary, years long, expensive ( hundreds of $millions) steps it takes an explorer to become a high grade producer…and the market has proof of its legitimacy…and buyers flock in. Then add all the goodies like 3000lbs to 5000lbs of concentrate on its merry little way to Santa’s Smelter…then the ongoing high grade 2 to 4 oz/ton Oso ore….and then the coming news on stock buy back, hiring of new prominent geologist and new board members with mining clout…. perhaps a big financing in the millions without stock dilution….rumors of other possibilities…etc.

Then today we see a board member still buying in….75,0000 shares to top up his holdings.

All I want to know now is…..how long will it be before THE news release ( within 7 to 10 days of the Nov. 30th NR) …and when will the stock be released from controlled trading?

Any way you cut it the stock, this stock is worth multiples of its present price. I’ll leave the guesstimates to others.
