Well, the latest "tweet" from RK follows:

Back after the holiday break, awaiting news on SFMI regarding results of its first smelt shippment of gold/silver

The announcement of the shipment was made Oct 27, and smelter turnaround should be about 30 days, so we should be due for a PR soon (assuming no backlog at the smelter). So I would guess Wednesday Dec 1 for a PR.

If there is a smelter PR, it should include revenue and an average grade for the ore that produced the concentrate, maybe recovery rates.

And if they announce revenue, maybe also announce a share buyback with that revenue?

They should also have at least one more (larger) shipment ready to go. Maybe they'll tell us how much it weighs, and then we can estimate how much revenue that will be, and if they tell us how long it took to produce we can estimate a revenue rate, and maybe grades of whatever ore they are processing. Maybe also update us on tpd, and a changeover to the Oso ore.

These are the news items we know are coming. All should be announced soon, certainly by the end of the year.

Other possibilities- additions to the BOD, JV or partnership, buyout, Sinker update, new hires. Any other possibilities?

These of course are less likely to be announced soon, maybe never (such as a buyout).
