At the meeting PQ said they had delayed spending the $750k fee required to be listed on VESPA because they had better things to do with the money at the time. Once they start generating real revenue (which they may very well be doing already), that fee will be available. As will the ~$1M necessary to generate a 43-101 to get on the TSX. Of course unlike a fee, that is money well spent anyway, since it will help to define the resources, define mining targets and prioritize them, and set a minimum on any buyout offers.
