Good news on the Sinker. "Aeration" can mean quite a range of things- I had heard talk of drilling a ventilation shaft, which would allow air to circulate through the tunnel. Remember, the Sinker is something like 2 miles long if memory serves. And "inspection" can mean quite a few things, too. Did they take any samples? Were any of the major veins visible? Lots of possibilities here. And the best thing is, they can work on this all year long.
As far as the safety inspection, just minor violations that were immediately corrected. Not the total shutdown of operations as speculated by the bashers "over there".
