The subject of the "convertibles" is one constantly brought up by dsu on the other board. If you have read much of his stuff, you realize he is obsessed with attacking SFMI by any means necessary, including accusing them of fraud by "salting" the ore. He is not a source of information I would trust or rely on.
Actually, if you have specific questions about SFMI, you can always send them to Rich at IR. I've found he responds quite quickly to legitimate reasonable questions. In other words, don't say "Is it true that convertible bonds will cause SFMI to fail?", but ask "Are there any convertible bonds, how much, and what are their terms and potential number of shares they represent?".
