I understand, and also it shows that they expect the sp to be much higher. Giving friends and family shares in hopes of future prosperity bodes well for all of us. It also provides PQ from takeover issues by having his wife and son on the BOD. There is big money sniffing around here. EB is for real and IMO he has shares. It has been rumored that a BOD will be traveling to Brazil soon to meet w him.
