I spoke w IR and he sais the $500K for IR wasn't to him. It had something to do with bringing in big money, the kind that helped us move to 40 cents. They have restricted shares and it wasn't a 'pump and dump'.
He mentioned his monthly pay which I won't post but it was much more reasonable than that $500K figure would allude to.
