SFMI stock continues decline which baffles the shit out of me.

1. Lease agreement met 2. Mill in production mode 3. New board member with excellent credentials to get SFMI more exposure 4. Announcement of company buyback 5. Listings coming on both TSX and Brazilian exchange. 6. Drilling reports expected out at the end of summer.

I simply don't get it......can someone tell me what is going on. Do the market makers have this much power over a stock?
