Yes, when I got into SFMI there were about 48M shares, and production was "imminent". Of course, that was at the Melba mill... :)
Not sure what kind of stake EB would have. I suspect either a cut of production or shares. I wouldn't mind either if it means a greatly increased pace of ramping up production, re-opening the mines, and drilling the mountain like a piece of Swiss cheese to really define the resource.
I'm not really concerned w/ the day to day share price, since I'm full up and holding. I think any new inflow of money is waiting for some production numbers- amounts, grades, revenue, etc. At the moment, pretty much everything is known, so announcements of a new CFO e.g. don't really make a difference. The only things that I can see really affecting the share price would be revenue, drill results, or an important business arrangement.
