Good post but I think Spiny's excellent post next answers a lot of concerns with respect to the unconventional approach SFMI has taken...and very soon the proof of grade content will be realized in producton of gold and silver. None of us can argue with that.

I do not think the big banks will continue to be able to short the SFMI's for a few reasons. The global pressures will swamp them as the physical demand for gold soon overtakes the western (US/British/Cdn.) shorting principles led by the US Admin., Fed and Wal St It is happening now. The big profits to be made on the coming gold bubble will assure their entry as longs...they will have no choice. The western bulllies have been and are being emascualted by converging global, financial interests, including Gov., Banking, Sovereign funds and wealthy individuals. The massive shorts held by JP Morgan and HSBC and a few others will have to cover with cash or default because they cannot deliver the PMs thay do not have. Comex will also default. Tey no lnger run te world that is now growing increasingly incensed by the Goldman's etc. selling them toxic waste and virtually bankrupting countires starting with Greece.

We all know that raising investment captial for exploration and mining ventures is daunting. I don't know of many that started out with 10 to 20 M in the bank without a very large backside cost. Also, $10 to 20 M is for starters and as the explorer proceeds, incredible share dilution is the norm for raising continual needs for ongoing costs, often to the point of having aywhere form 200 to 500 million shares out before a resource is proved up, has any infrastructure and is years away from a mill (which needs more capital) or actual mining. One of the best examples is Detour gold that has a proven resource but needs $1billion to continue on to mining the deposit. then there is Aurelian i pointed out ... now Kinross..tey need years and hundreds of millons to continue on to milling and mining.

To think that whoever takes the risk and incredible effort to proceed with an exploration venture...does not do so for a deserving reward, is not realisitic. Also, the bigger the entity..the bigger the screw job on its investors...Barrick is a perfect examle. To try to find one single explorer/miner out of 1000 that actually make it to production that needs less than what SFMI is taking is almost impossible. I can't find one...and there are many I have looked at that have bigger return for the Management and BOD and large investors than SFMI can begin to compare to.

As the milestones have been reached at warp speed by SFMI we continually see detractors working even harder to attack SFMI. They have been wrong since 2 cents and more of them are still at it, raising all maner of unfounded concerns. This is not new. It happened with Arequipa in 1996 and those who listened and sold were totally screwed out of huge returns. With every new achievement SFMI makes, more unfounded attacks are made. I am mystified at the success of the doubters to get others to sell...when the positive facts are so apparent for success. Why are people so easily spooked...because they do not do their research...and this is exactly the target audience of the shorters and manipulators and spinsters. Good lord, can't people understand the size and scope and grade potential of this rare resource? With the production of gold and silver, rapidly increasing cash flow and profit, new assay results and then coming drilling results...the objective is to keep one's eye on the return to the sharholder because the rewards in this venture are way beyond most explorers/miner/producers anywhere in the world. It matters not what incentives Pierre and others realize...they are most deserved if we, the shareholder...already with huge returns...realizes a further 10 to 20 to 200 to 500% return from here...and I think we will. And that story has been repeated a hundred times and will have to continually be repeated for those too lazy to do DD or begin to understand the PM mining sector.

Ica hardl wait for the next set of assay results, and drill results and the progression of continual good news that will just keep coming. Those unwillng to wait and be sidetracked by the nefarius ones will be the losers...becuase they are prey to lies before the facts.

Ha a good day all...and thanks Spiny for that great post.
