The poster that wrote this crap is full of it.

First, let's take a statement where it's easy to fact check. The poster states: "Pierre printed 500M shares...". GHDC has ~184M shares out. If the guy gets basic facts wrong, how valid do you think his interpretation based on false "facts" is?

Dicut, which Pierre came to late, failed through no fault of Pierre's. In fact, he made the effort to convert Dicut holder's shares to SFMI, which he didn't have to do. Not exactly a good scam artist who cuts his dupes in on his next play.

Pierre and co. own boatloads of both SFMI and GHDC. Again, not a very competent scammer who owns shares in the company that he is going to pull the rug out from under. Pierre benefits if both SFMI and GHDC do well.

Pierre also took GHDC public. Again, not a very smart scammer who allows the public in on his scam. If you really believe this is a scam where GHDC takes over SFMI, then buy GHDC.

A promissory note to Pierre? Does that mean he (gasp) actually put up some of his own money in order to get this company going instead of just selling more shares as any competent scammer would? And BTW, Pierre has deferred much of his compensation so this company could start producing revenue as quickly and economically as possible. I guarantee you will not find any company that has gotten to production with less debt and dilution or less expensively than SFMI.

As far as the report from Kinross's senior geologist- yes that is legitimate (a red flag? bullcrap!). Kinross only gave up War Eagle when they hit a cash crunch when gold prices bottomed out. And the Kinross geo's report agrees with every single factual source out there- historical records, assays, geological surveys, and recent official reports from the Idaho Geological Survey- about as official as you get. If this guy is trying to dismiss the report from Kinross's geologist, then he is deliberately ignoring the facts, and obviously has an agenda that has nothing to do with the truth. The guy is lying, ignoring facts, and twisting and distorting the truth.
