Does anyone have the # for the transfer agent? I would like to verify that the 50 mil in convertible notes is included in this number. In other words, IR says the 50 mil are included in the current fully diluted shares. Which I don't have since the filing is 3 months old.

I trust, but verify... if you know what I mean. :)

Anyway, I'm getting some friends into this and I want to give them the most accurate info possible.
