Don't underestimate the savviness, power and money that's behind the suppression of gold and silver prices. They've been at it quite a while- longer than many people expected they could be able to maintain it. I've been monitoring message boards for quite a while, and the gold bugs and others have been calling for an imminent break in the cartel for years. I wouldn't place any bets on a significant price rise happening any time soon- and maybe never. The price of gold and silver may end up just drifting up for a very long time. I agree, though, that there may be cracks showing- I'm just not counting on anything happening anytime soon. That said, SFMI doesn't need $2-3000 gold to make it- their calculations using $650-1000 gold show them being unbelievably profitable. Anything more than that is just gravy on top of gravy. Still hard to believe this company is only valued at ~$10M.
