February 1875

The miners at the Pauper, Empire, and Poorman mines in Silver Cord Gulch, were paid off last Saturday. Also the Mahogany, South Chariot, Idaho Mining & Milling and Ida Elmore were paid off, which amounted to about $63,000 in coin distributed every month.
